Bijapur MLA Mr. Vikram Mandavi and peopel of Naxal-affected areas greeted Chief Minister Mr. Baghel on his birthday on telephone. Representatives of Kalyan Divyang Sangh Raipur and Jan Manav Viklang Sangh Balodabazar-Bhatapara also paid courtesy call on Chief Minister to extend birthday wishes. Citizens greeted Chief Minister on his birthday by presenting him garlands of flowers. A little boy dressed as Lord Shiva came along with his father wish Mr. Baghel a happy birthday.
